This course could be used as a start in becoming a home inspector. What you need when preparing for the inspection. Locating the house on the site. Examinations of house styles, types and interior design. Foundation, framing, exterior finish and plumbing systems are reviewed. A presentation of heating and air conditioning systems is made. Electrical systems, insulation of interior walls, ceilings, finish flooring as well as interior trims and site finishing is discussed. An overview of the energy - efficient house is also presented.
