Become a Home Inspector

Aspiring home inspectors need a reliable source for education and training to embark on their new careers.

Real Estate Education Centers professional faculty are all members of the real estate and legal community. They are committed to instruct and assist students in learning the body of knowledge necessary to fulfill NY State requirements and will give students the knowledge and skills they need to become experienced, professional home inspectors.

There are 4 independent 25 hour courses, each with a 50 question final exam. There is a 40 Hour Supervised Inspection Training Program which will involve direct supervision by a Licensed Home Inspector.
