Our Property Management course is a 7.5 hour course which begins with an historical view of property management and includes such topics as: business and real estate economic principles, acquisition and management financial issues, the development of a good management plan, leasing and common lease provisions, staffing, maintenance issues, insurance, tenant selection and rent collection practices. As with our Property Management course, we have included a practical explanation of many forms used in the property management business as well as all of these forms in a downloadable format.
