Become a Residential Facilities Manager

The Residential Facilities Management 90 Hr. Course is broken up into three thirty-hour (30) independent modules which can be taken in any order. Our program is taught by working professionals who provide a complete overview of the role and responsibilities of the property manager.

In this 90-hour course:

You'll learn everything you need to know to obtain your School Certificate and become a Residential Facilities Manager.

• Fundamentals, maintenance and repair of basic building systems including: plumbing, electricity and wiring, air conditioning, heating and lighting
• Fire Prevention Code, the New York State Multiple Dwelling Law, and the Housing Maintenance Code.

• Preventive and predictive maintenance of Contracting, Managing Construction, Health and Safety, Budgeting and Financial Management, and Capital Project Planning Estimating Work Scheduling and Staff Management
