The Dressler Group Real Estate Brokerage, founded by real estate attorney Adam Dressler and industry veteran Martin Hale will focus primarily on the Midtown West area from Chelsea North to Columbus Circle, with Hell’s Kitchen as its geographic epicenter.

The Dressler Group was founded as an answer to as yet unmet and the expressed needs of Dressler’s real estate law practice clients for myriad real estate services in the areas of brokerage and property management. The brokerage is built with a fluid business model to be able to adapt to the changing, growing needs of the New York City real estate industry and its wide range of clients.

“It was apparent that the best way to accommodate and deftly service the demands of my clients was to open a full-service real estate brokerage firm. The need and opportunities were immediate, and given the current climate of the Manhattan real estate market and the renewed and energized growth of midtown all played a part in my decision to do this now” says Adam Dressler, Co-Founder of The Dressler Group.

Dressler, a real estate attorney, grew up within a family real estate industry related business, learning many aspects of the industry from early childhood, and turned to colleague Martin A. Hale, who has worked in the NYC real estate market since 2001 as an agent, manager and sales trainer for many of this era’s top residential brokers and brokerage owners, as well as a mortgage broker, to help build a firm with a full wealth of knowledge and experience.

“We shied away from the more traditional boilerplate approach that many real estate start-ups choose to replicate. Adam and I complement each other very well, in that we have vast and varied ranges of real estate experiences and abilities from which to draw,” says Martin Hale, Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Dressler Group. “We are in the fortunate and unique position of being a new company with a long history of experience, and are excited to develop an entrepreneurial culture within the firm.”

The Dressler Group chose to focus on Midtown West and open its office on West 38th Street to draw upon the strong relationships with residential landlords, retail establishments and residents in the area the two possess, as well as the untapped potential of the area.

“Midtown West features some of Manhattan’s highest rents and sales prices per square foot; it’s exploding with growth and has become a very sought after place to live. The proximity to everything -theaters, west side parks, transportation within and outside of the city, Central Park – and the potential upside for future development, such as the rail yards, is tremendous,” Hale added. “All of this coupled with the fact that Hell’s Kitchen is not now, nor has it ever been, serviced by the older, established firms made Hell’s Kitchen the only choice.”
