Over 65 years ago, armed with little more than good business instincts, an unwavering work ethic and a love of New York, Gladys Mills began Gotham Realty in a second floor office on 57th Street. In order to distinguish herself, Gladys had to work harder and smarter than other brokers. She found opportunities where others didn’t, and then thoughtfully persisted until her customers’ needs were met, eventually building a full-service real estate business based on compassionate, ethical, excellent service.
