Max Chera, Owner/Operator of RR Sheepshead Inc, a Brooklyn-based Real Estate Firm, was introduced to the real estate industry by family where he quickly learned how to manage, buy and sell apartment buildings. Started his sales career in the retail industry at the age of 16. His sales career had just started as he started his own ATM business by doing Door-to-door sales, then adding credit repair and funding. He learned the value of work ethic,

integrity, and serviceability.  After doing his due diligence, he decided to make a life long commitment of becoming a successful franchisee/owner/operator of the largest Brooklyn Based Rental/Sales Agency – Rapid Realty which started 20 years ago and now has over 30 offices in New York. When clients describe Max Chera the adjectives usually used are: “friendly, sharp, and hard-working.” His million-dollar smile and personality are what have made Max one of the most sought after agents in the business. Max has been licensed in the business since 2015 and is part of a new breed of real estate agents who focus on integrity and relationship building.
