Among our most popular instructors, Mr. Bih teaches the Salesperson and Broker licensing classes. He has been practicing Real Estate since 1982 and began teaching in 1995.
Although Mr. Bih is fluent in Chinese and Korean, all courses are taught in English since the New York State exam is in English.
Mr. Bih is able to help students when English is a second language. For example, he translates real estate terms into Chinese and Korean to help students digest them.
Originally from Korea, Mr. Bih is a favorite among students – he keeps the material light and entertaining. He encourages students to be active in Real Estate now, because “now is the best time to be an agent.”
Now, despite being a broker himself, he devotes most of his time to teaching and expanding the minds of future agents and brokers.
