“This recommendation is for Garry, one of the Property and Casualty Insurance Broker Pre-Licensing course instructors. Our classes were from 6pm-10pm on Tues, Wed and Thurs through July and August. It was hot and we were tired after a full day of work. He kept class interesting and fun and almost my whole class passed the exam the first time. For a licensing course, he really seemed to care about his students and their comprehension of the material as opposed to just drilling the correct answers into us. I wish I had teachers like him when I was still in school.”
“At the time of writing this, I am about 75% done with my classes at REEDC and I am having such a great time that I felt compelled to write a review.
The instructor, Greg Caviness, is very knowledgeable, funny and engaging. When you are there, you genuinely follow the material because it is taught so well by Mr. Caviness. He often gives us great tips (e.g. “underline this”, “there will be 3 questions on your exam from this chapter” and other mental cues to look out for).
I also bought a Groupon like many others. When I was deciding between this school and another offering and identical Groupon deal, this school seemed to really win over it’s students. Let me tell you first hand now that I’m almost done… if you come here, you will not be disappointed.”
“I have just finished my course and exam here. I cannot say enough about this wonderful place! The whole staff is marvelous and Janice is outstanding. She is so passionate and cares so much about the students’ success, both in the classroom and as they begin their careers in the field. There is a great concern and devotion on the part of everyone there that your experience is positive and you are happy with your learning. Most impressive was the incredible effort put towards job placement, recruiting, and real world networking. Greg and the other instructor I learned with were wonderful, and clearly extremely real world savvy, knowledgeable, and passionate.”

First off, when you look up the words “real estate” in the dictionary, Mr. Carviness’ face should appear! This man has volumes of knowledge and shares all of it with his students. The staff at the school is super supportive of the students also. I passed both my tests the first time around and felt very confident taking them. I believe that confidence is because of the support and knowledge I received from this school.”
“I took the Property Casualty Insurance course at the Queens location….The course was taught by Garry Smalley, a great instructor who engaged the class and made the whole experience worthwhile. Believe it or not, I remember laughing a few times in the class from some of the stories Garry shared and this is a insurance course dealing with numbers. I just got my license today! Passed on my first try, the course was more then enough if you are willing to study 1-2 hours a few nights a week.”
“This center is great! The only thing is I recommend is for you go only to the weekday daytime teacher, Frank Sadjak. He’s an amazing and extremely knowledgeable teacher. He explains everything so clearly so that anyone can understand it; he answers any questions you have, and on top of it– he gives you great pointers for the real world of real estate that other teachers wouldn’t do. It was a great experience there mainly because of Frank!!”
