This 3-hour NY DOS-approved class is designed to prepare students for the NY State Notary Public Commission Exam.
As a Notary Public, you’ll work to:

- Take affidavits and depositions
- Receive and certify acknowledgments or proof of such written instruments as deeds, mortgages and powers of attorney
- Obtain acceptance or payment of bills of exchange, promissory notes and other written obligations
