Do you guys charge desk fees?

No we do not charge any desk fees, however, you should keep in mind that there are natural costs that come with being in real estate that you should prepare for in advance.

Can I do business in areas other than Brooklyn?

Absolutely! We do business in other cities all the time. Brooklyn just happens to be our home, but our agents are licensed in the state of New York, so you can do business anywhere in New York State and the reciprocal states.

Do you have mandatory floor times or scheduling?

Nope. The only time we have a requirement for you to physically be in the office is for our once a month 1st of the month meeting. Any other trainings or meetings are fully optional
